More than 80% today’s generation running behind losing body fat/weight, some get succeeded and some get lost because of not proper guidance.
Actually some people thinks that a trainer always required to loss body fat or weight, Talking about some not all. And trust me they aren’t wrong, they are extremely correct with their thought but they forget that they need trainer so why can’t they be their own trainer.

You guys have heard about the word ‘Be your own boss’, Isn’t it? So why can’t be your own Trainer?
Just need some research, right guidance through some articles on internet then just start and wait to see results.
Here I’m going to share some exercises below only those which helped me a lot.
BUT YES, Don’t forget to give up on FATTY FOOD. You’ll have to sacrifice in this case otherwise no results. If you don’t sacrifice with fatty foods then you’ll just do exercises and will just wait to see results which you never see and continuously curse the time and exercises.
Be ready, you need to be ‘SINCERE’ and be stick on your daily routine.
However It has been said that whatever you do just do with all sincerity then no one can stop you to see the results which you are expecting.
Well I think lecture has gone so long, now time to show you exercises. You might be aware about it but still I’m going to show and this time you will do not just watch and leave, you will have to promise yourself to start right away.

There are 6 exercises, do every exercise initially 30secs, and do 5 rounds of every exercise.
Crunches – 30 seconds
Squats – 30 seconds
Butt Exercise – 30 seconds
Core Exercise – 30 seconds
Full Plank – 60 seconds
Elbow Plank – 60 seconds
Repeat same for Round 2, 3, 4 & 5.
Just remember, BE SINCERE (you can do exercises for 6 days with one day OFF).

NOTE: No one needs to do many exercises if you do 5 or 6 or 2-3, whatever you do just do regular , you definitely will get results.
